This beautiful early Victorian house has now been transformed into a boutique-style Bed and Breakfast,
providing a unique blend of the traditional with the luxury of contemporary design. City chic in a

The individually designed, spacious deluxe rooms all have comfortable six foot beds and are decorated
with stylish fabrics and furnishings. All rooms have HD LCD TV's, Freeview and CD/DVD players, with
free Wi-Fi internet access in the main house.
For special occasions, our luxury suite has all of the above with the addition of a private sitting room
complete with ipod docking station, two HD LCD TV's and Bluray HD DVD/CD player.
Breakfast is served in our brand new modern dining room where you'll also find our guest lounge,
all centred around a large welcoming log burning stove.
With ample off road parking we're just minutes away from all quality restaurants, Pitlochry Theatre and The Dam & Salmon Ladder, and a short drive to nearby Whisky Distilleries, Blair Castle and the memorable shopping experience of The House of Bruar. Ideally situated for fishing, golfing, walking and cycling. Pitlochry is on the main Kings Cross to Inverness railway line. You can jump on a train and be in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Inverness in less than 2 hours.
