GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Craigatin House & Courtyard is a non smoking establishment

All prices include breakfast and VAT at current rate.

All rooms have en suite facilities.

All prices are based on two persons sharing a room

Check in is from 3:00pm - Check Out by 10:30am

All cancellations are subject to a £5 administration charge

Cancellations from 7 days before arrival date - if we cannot re-sell the room we will charge the first night.

Cancellations from 2 days before the day of arrival will be charged the entire length of stay

Non arrivals will be charged the full amount for the stay.

We suggest guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellations.

Regrettably we do not accept children.

We do not allow pets in any bedrooms or public areas.
Weekend bookings must be for a minimum of 2 nights (when including a Saturday).
However, please do enquire as we occasionally have 1 night Saturdays available.
