GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Craigatin House & Courtyard is a non smoking establishment
- All prices include breakfast and VAT at current rate. VAT will increase by 2.5% on January 4th 2011
- All rooms have en suite facilities.
- All prices are based on two persons sharing a room
- Check in is from 3:00pm - Check Out by 10:30am
- Cancellations from 7 days before arrival date- if we cannot re-sell the room we will charge the first night.
- Cancellations from 2 days before the day of arrival will be charged the entire length of stay
- Non arrivals will be charged the full amount for the stay.
- We suggest guests take out adequate travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen cancellations.
- Regrettably we do not accept children.
- We do not allow pets in any bedrooms or public areas.
Weekend bookings must be for a min. of 2 nights (when including a Saturday). However, please do enquire as we occasionally have 1 night available.
