GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Craigatin House & Courtyard is a strictly non smoking
establishment
- All prices include breakfast and VAT and are for the room not per
person.
- All rooms are en suite.
- All prices are based on two persons sharing a room
- Check in is from 3:00pm - Check out 10:30am
- Cancellations made up to 7 days before day of arrival, no charge.
- Within 7 days, the first night's rate will be charged if we cannot
re-let the room.
- Cancellations within 2 days of arrival be charged for the entire length
of stay
- Cancellations while resident with us will incur the full charge of the
stay.
- Please ensure that you take out travel insurance to cover for any
unforeseen cancellations.
- Non arrivals will be charged the entire length of stay.
- Regrettably we do not accept
children under 13 years old
- Regrettably we do not accept animals or pets
- Booking Disclaimer - Whilst we endeavour to always allocate you
with the room number of your choice we do reserve the right to change room
allocation to a room of the same standard elsewhere across the
property.
- During our busy periods we require a minimum 2 night stay over a
weekend (must include Saturday), However we sometimes do have availability
for one night stays, so please call to check.
- Prices quoted above are excluding New Year. Please call for details of
this period
Weekend bookings
must be for a minimum of 2 nights when including a Saturday
night.
However, please do enquire as we occasionally have 1 night Saturdays
available.
